These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrendPay by Trendbeo (“TrendPay”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, mobile application, and all associated digital wallet and payment services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any TrendPay service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and uninstall the application.
TrendPay operates in compliance with:
- Serbian financial regulations
- Law on Payment Services
- Anti–Money Laundering & Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) laws
- Law on Personal Data Protection (GDPR-aligned)
- National Bank of Serbia (NBS) guidelines
1. Eligibility
You may use TrendPay only if:
- You are 18 years or older, and
- You have full legal capacity, or
- You are a registered legal entity operating in Serbia.
TrendPay may request identity verification (KYC) before enabling unrestricted use of the Platform.
2. About TrendPay Services
TrendPay provides:
- Digital wallet services
- Add money / load balance
- P2P money transfers
- Withdrawals to bank accounts
- Cash-out through supported agents (if available)
- Payment to merchants
- Transaction history and wallet management
TrendPay acts as a technology platform and financial facilitator, not a bank.
We do not:
- Issue loans
- Store physical cash
- Act as a seller or merchant
- Guarantee quality of third-party services
All money movements comply with financial laws.
3. Account Creation and Security
Users must register with accurate information. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Not share your account with others
- Inform TrendPay immediately of unauthorized access
- Use accurate personal details
- Complete KYC when requested
TrendPay may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- False information
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated disputes or chargebacks
- Violation of Serbian law
- Failure to comply with AML checks
4. Transactions
By completing a transaction, you agree to:
- The displayed fees and charges
- Transaction limits (daily/monthly)
- Processing times
- Additional verification when needed
Transactions cannot be reversed after completion, except:
- Fraud
- Technical error
- Duplicate transaction
- Legal obligation
TrendPay reserves the right to decline any transaction for security or compliance reasons.
5. Fees and Charges
TrendPay may apply fees for:
- Adding money
- Sending money
- Cash-out
- Withdrawals to bank
- High-volume transactions
- Currency conversion (if applicable)
All fees are transparently displayed before confirming a transaction.
6. Fraud Prevention & AML Compliance
TrendPay actively monitors:
- Unusual transaction patterns
- Multiple high-value transfers
- Suspicious or rapid activity
- Connections to flagged accounts
- False identity information
TrendPay may:
- Request additional documents
- Delay transactions for review
- Freeze funds temporarily
- Block or terminate accounts
- Report suspicious activity to authorities
This is mandatory under Serbian AML/CFT laws.
7. Dispute Resolution
Users may submit disputes for:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect charges
- Failed transfers
- Fraud attempts
- Money sent to wrong recipient
Disputes must be reported within the timeframe defined in the Dispute Policy.
TrendPay will review all evidence and decide according to law and internal policy.
8. Merchant Transactions
TrendPay is not responsible for:
- Quality of goods or services provided by merchants
- Delivery delays
- Incorrect orders
- Refund and return policies of merchants
Payments made to merchants are final unless the merchant approves a refund.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
TrendPay may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Chargeback abuse
- Multiple regulatory flags
- Refusal to provide KYC/AML documentation
- Illegal financial activity
Remaining wallet balance may be held or released based on legal requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, brand elements, software, and content belong to Trendbeo.
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
TrendPay is not liable for:
- Loss caused by user mistakes
- Incorrect recipient details
- Merchant errors
- Network issues
- Device problems
- Third-party failures
- Force majeure events
TrendPay only provides digital wallet and payment facilitation.
12. Changes to Terms
TrendPay may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect once published on the Platform.
Continued use of TrendPay means you accept the updated Terms.
