This is a test Terms & Conditions document for TrendPay by Trendbeo.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrendPay website, mobile application, and related payment services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By downloading, installing, or using TrendPay, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Dispute Policy, and any additional rules we publish from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and uninstall the TrendPay application.

TrendPay services may be used by:

  1. Individuals aged 18 or older, and
  2. Registered legal entities (companies, merchants, agencies) operating within Serbia.

Country-specific financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and dispute procedures may apply as required by Serbian law.


1. Use of TrendPay Platform

TrendPay provides a digital wallet and payment service that enables users to send money, receive payments, add funds, withdraw funds, pay merchants, and perform related financial transactions.

TrendPay acts as a technology provider and facilitator.

TrendPay is not a bank, does not issue loans, and does not store physical cash.

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details
  • Maintaining secure access to their account
  • Complying with Serbian financial and anti-fraud regulations
  • Reporting fraudulent or unauthorized activity immediately

TrendPay has no responsibility for errors resulting from:

  • Incorrect recipient details
  • User mistakes
  • Failed deliveries by third-party services
  • User’s failure to follow verification or security procedures

2. Relationship Between TrendPay, Users, and Merchants

Commercial and contractual terms — including pricing, refunds, product delivery, and after-sales support — are determined directly between the customer and the merchant or service provider.

TrendPay does not:

  • Control merchant products or services
  • Guarantee availability or quality of third-party goods
  • Take responsibility for delays, incorrect orders, or merchant mistakes
  • Hold ownership of any products sold through the platform

TrendPay facilitates payment processing only.


3. Personal Information You Provide

To use TrendPay, users must create an account. During registration, TrendPay may collect:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • National identification information (if required for KYC)
  • Address
  • Device and technical data
  • Financial transaction history

Users can update or modify their profile information at any time.

We encourage users to protect their identity and avoid sharing sensitive personal details unnecessarily.

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Serbian GDPR-equivalent regulations.


4. Security & Verification

TrendPay may require:

  • Phone verification (OTP)
  • Email verification
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Identity verification (KYC)
  • Transaction verification for high-value transfers

TrendPay may block or suspend accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory violations.


5. Transaction Policies

By initiating a transaction, the user accepts:

  • Applicable fees
  • Transaction limits
  • Processing times
  • Refund and dispute conditions
  • Security checks that may delay or deny a transaction

Completed transactions cannot be reversed unless permitted by law or TrendPay’s dispute resolution policies.


6. Disputes & Refunds

Users may file disputes for issues such as:

  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect charges
  • Failed payments
  • Merchant fraud
  • Wrong recipient transfers

Disputes must be submitted within the allowed time period (as defined in the Dispute Policy).

TrendPay will review disputes based on evidence and may approve, deny, or escalate them as required.


7. Termination & Suspensions

TrendPay may suspend or close a user’s account if:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
  • Transaction limits are abused
  • KYC verification is not completed
  • Multiple chargebacks or disputes occur
  • The user violates any part of these Terms

Users may also request account deletion at any time.


8. Intellectual Property

All TrendPay trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images, and software are owned by Trendbeo.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Updates to Terms

TrendPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform and effective immediately upon publication.
